Stage 5

Stage 5: Integrating GenderUp into your project management

Welcome to Stage 5!

In the final stage innovation team management will meet with the GenderUp facilitator to discuss and receive feedback on how they have incorporated their new inclusive scaling strategies into their project work plan.

After completing stage 4, as a part of the last workshop, the innovation team should spend some time completing any necessary dialogue on what focus groups will be prioritized and what resources are available to mitigate negative consequences or ensure the benefits of the innovation are accessible. Innovation teams can reflect on and continue to fill out or summarize their MIRO boards to help with this process.

Setting up a final meeting

When the innovation team has successfully reached a decision around tangible activities and resources, a meeting should be scheduled with the facilitator on how these new activities have been incorporated into already established management and staff structures.

Guiding Questions for the final meeting:

  1. Who will be responsible for documenting and reporting scaling progress?
  2. What is your timeline for implementing these new scaling activities/adjustments?
  3. How do you plan to monitor and evaluate your scaling progress?
  4. How do these newly-planned activities and adjustments impact your budget? Do you have room in your budget or do you need to seek out additional funding?

Congratulations!

Well done! You have completed the GenderUp journey.
